"Fairly disappointed with the experience at the spa. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it was a very big disappointment. The massage service was just okay, but everything else was a joke. Sauna lights are both different colors and one flickers the whole time, the hot tub is kinda cold, spa floor surface needs to be redone, hot tub jets are ridiculously crazy and not relaxing, missing ceiling tiles everywhere, steam room was ripped apart and not working, and the old shower faucets are still on the wall and not even removed. Just quite dumpy and cheap. The steam room is the most important part and it was ripped apart with no sign saying under renovation. Also no one told me before booking that the place would be so rundown. I would never visit again for what they charged. Absolute ripoff. At the counter it says no refund, makes sense because this place is a bunch of thievery."

"I’ve been coming here since the same month they opened But my last visit just might be my last time unfortunately See when they first opened it was clean, and run well. The massage you booked is the massage you got. And it’s been consistent until my last visit I booked a 60 Deep tissue. I was escorted fast into the locker room and into the massage room When the masseur asked pressure, I said deep please, she scoffed and proceeded to just compress me and no flow. It was the lightest deep tissue I think I’ve ever received and no neck work just a major scalp massage. She also kept leaving the room to grab item, like I’m sorry but if this appointment is on the schedule shouldn’t you be prepared before hand? And the worst of it all as I was getting dressed someone just walked in as I was standing there naked and they just giggled an apology. I tried to just shake it off and go into the sauna and jacuzzi area but my goodness was the bottom of the pool disgusting. It’s like filements of others were just sitting there, also half of the things were broken or shut down for repair. It’s just unacceptable. Reopen the other locker room where you had major access to a larger pool and Sauna and salt cave. Just all around highly disappointed I want to clarify since I can’t reply to the owners reply I wasn’t walked in on in the locker room, I was walked in on after my service in the service room. The person hadn’t even stepped out for 3 minutes and someone else came in (im assuming to grab the supplies the other masseur took) As much as I would love a comped service, I really don’t think I’ll be back. It’s a far drive and I don’t want to be “pampered” for an apology service when I should ,and everyone who walks into this establishment should be treated already like gold just for one time."

"Honestly I am not one to complain about services if they’re sub par but people need to be warned. This place has an expired massage license and the people working here do not give their names, I am suspicious that they might be using human trafficking. Here’s what happened to me: I’ve been to this place a few times, the first time the massage was great. The second was okay and this third time it was straight up abusive. I saw another woman who reviewed a couple months ago who had a similar experience, she must have had the same masseuse. I could not tell if my masseuse was just inexperienced or if she was actually being malicious, it was so painful. And I’m not talking about the pressure was too much, this woman was raking her forearm bone up and down my actual spinal bones. She did not massage my muscles at all, she seemed to be intentionally hurting me. She even was rubbing the side of my ribs really hard, there are no muscles there!! She violently rubbed my ankle bones, rubbed the TOP of my foot instead of the bottom. Pulled my fingers and toes practically out of socket. She rubbed my actual THROAT causing me to feel like I was gonna choke and cough. She took her nails and then scratched my scalp over and over again aggressively, there was no way she could think it was pleasant or enjoyable. I kept thinking “oh maybe this is just part of the massage” and it just kept getting worse. I feel like I have bruises all over my back, my scalp is raw, I was so frustrated and upset at one point I started crying because this was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift. I hardly get time for stuff like this and it was supposed to be my time to relax, I am so sad and in pain. I’m not sure if there was something that this lady didn’t like about me, but all of this seemed to be some sort of punishment. I cannot imagine that this was just a case of being inexperienced. I also cannot believe this woman has a license, it’s possible she doesn’t. It’s possible she forged one or the company is lying, there is no way this lady is trained. I was given a refund but when my husband asked for the masseuses name he was given the run around. They said they would call back later to talk to us and never did. They actually BLOCKED my husbands number. A refund is cool and all but I feel we deserved more information, a call from the manager and at the very least they could have offered a different service to make up for my suffering. I have gotten many massages at all different places and there is a difference between a massage that you simply didn’t like and a massage that felt like literal abuse and torture. I wish I could give the name of the lady but they wouldn’t tell me. They also don’t have any paperwork at the front for you to sign and fill out, but said they have a “policy” that you must complain in the first 10 minutes for a refund. If they have such a policy they need to have people sign a form to confirm they read it. I told them I didn’t see anything about that policy and luckily they refunded me because my husband was furious about what happened. I called from my phone the next day again to get the name of the masseuse and told them it was suspicious that none of their massage therapists give you their names upon entering, they hung up the phone and blocked my number. These people are seriously suspicious and are operating illegally."

"I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but after this experience I truly felt it was necessary to share. My interaction with the front desk staff member, who was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. Customer service is supposed to make clients feel welcomed and comfortable, especially in a place where people come to relax, but that was not the case here at all. When I asked simple questions about the services, including what products the therapist uses for facials and details about the massage options, she seemed completely unsure and uninterested in helping and had. Horrible attitude Instead of providing clear information or trying to assist me, her attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt like I was being given a hard time just for asking normal questions that any potential client would want to know before booking a service. Because of this interaction alone, the entire experience felt negative before it even began. Originally, I planned to come in for more than one service and was genuinely interested in becoming a regular client. However, after the way I was treated at the front desk, I decided not to move forward at all. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was very poor. It is honestly shocking that a business focused on wellness and relaxation would have someone at the front desk who appears to lack proper training, product knowledge, and basic customer service skills. The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, and this level of unprofessionalism reflects badly on the entire establishment. She clearly needs retraining in both communication and service standards she even blocked me like who blocks customers and hangs up on them she needs to be corrected this is not a good look I’m on day three and I’m still waiting to get unblocked or at least speak to someone higher in management I’m very disappointed because I had high hopes for this place but based on this experience alone, I will not be  recommending it to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements so future customers don’t have the same experience from said receptionist."

"I don't normally write reviews, but our experience was so bad I wanted to warn others. At the last minute, my husband and I booked the 60 minute couples' massage with 1 hour private spa package ($320). The spa package was advertised as a private hot tub and sauna with wine, chocolate, and fruit. We noticed on entering that the spa smelled like a mix of Pine Sol and must. We were told at the reception desk that payment was due upfront, with the option to tip before receiving services. This seemed odd to me as I have had dozens of massages and have never been asked to pay prior to receiving the service. There is also a large sign at the front desk that advises services are non-refundable. I ignored the red flag and paid (and tipped) in advance. After my husband and I got situated on our massage tables, face down, the masseuses came in and asked how we were doing but did not introduce themselves. I received the worst massage I've ever had in my life. First, a significant portion of the massage was completed while we were completely covered by sheets. Worse, my masseuse seemed completely inexperienced. She hit my spine several times and leaned across my body to massage the opposite side, sometimes causing pain by moving at an odd angle from being on the opposite side. She also inadvertently scratched me several times with her nails. I asked her repeatedly to stop hitting my spine and told her her nails were scratching me. She exhibited zero skill and just seemed to rub or grab my skin. I basically just waited for it to be over. Afterward, I told the receptionist it was a terrible massage and asked if the masseuse was a trainee. She admitted she was, but assured me the masseuse was licensed, which I doubt. She asked which masseuse I had, "Maria" or "Kelly," and I told her I didn't know, because they didn't introduce themselves. It was also dark and we were facedown on the table. It was only at that point the receptionist told me that the spa has a policy that the customer must complain within the first 10 minutes of the massage in order to receive a refund. It wasn't until after the massage that I noticed a handwritten sign in the women's locker room advising of this ridiculous policy. It is also absurd the spa charged full price for a massage by a trainee and did not advise of her status until I asked. The receptionist offered to refund the private spa portion of the package, which we had not started. We decided to go ahead with it. When we entered the private spa area there was cheap wine, fun size Halloween candy, and pineapple squares as the fruit. It looked super cheap. I probably bought the same pack of Halloween candy at Costco. It didn't create the illusion of romance at all. After I requested soap for the bathroom the receptionist again offered to refund the spa portion of the package, which we accepted. She also refunded our tip. Based on other reviews of the spa, it looks like we dodged a bullet. While we waited for our refund we noticed that the fixtures just look cheap. My husband reported that the back wall of his locker was missing and was just covered by a curtain. There are prominent signs throughout that management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Needless to say, we will not be going back. Don't waste your money."
